Pocomoke City

Picnic among the waterlilies in Cypress Park, with its riverfront dock, playgrounds and tennis courts. Explore the nature trail through the cypress swamp. A short drive brings you to Chincoteague and Assateague Islands.

Snow Hill
photoHistoric Snow Hill celebrates more than 300 years on the Pocomoke River. Enormous sycamores line streets of historic homes and churches. Local museums illuminate the past. A narrated boat ride on the Pocomoke originates in Snow Hill, as do canoe rentals and walking tours. Furnace Town Historic Site and Pocomoke River State Park are nearby.
