Worcester County Is Warm And Wonderful In August
Seaside Maryland is where we all want to be during the month of August. And why not? Our beaches are beautiful from sunrise to sunset. And there are plenty of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.
August 3 - OC Plein Air
Art League of Ocean City, 94th Street - Ocean City, Maryland
Fine artists will be painting up and down the streets, beaches and bays of Ocean City. First prize for the Plein Air event will be $1000 and provided by the Ocean City Development Corporation.
August 4 - Blessing of the Combines
Downtown Snow Hill
Combines are a familiar sight on the Eastern Shore, but seeing a combine from afar is very different from being close enough to touch one. Petting zoo, kids activities and entertainment.

September 15 - Iron Furnace Fifty Bicycle Ride
Furnace Town Living Heritage Museum, Snow Hill
Annual 50 mile fun ride with 50K and 100K options. Lots of great food and refreshments at finish.
